To ensure the high performance of concrete and quality of concrete prefabricated products, the TSKY MP series MP1500/1000 planetary concrete mixer adopts the BIKOTRONIC (made in German) or HYDRONIX ( made in Britain) temperature sensor.
The planetary gearing of the MP series MP1500/1000 planetary concrete mixer is used in gearbox. The motor and gearbox are connected by elastic coupling, and the output axis of gearbox and the planetary frame are connected by resilient shaft coupling.
Power is divided into two branches by rotor. One branch drives the scraper arm and the other driver the mixing arm by planetary axis. The mixing track is not only revolution but also rotation. The track is complex and the mixing is turbulent.
The MP series MP1500/1000 planetary concrete mixer is reasonable in design, short in stirring time, low in consumption, low in noise and long in service life of wearing parts. It has compact structure and can reach best mixing result at the shortest time.
The mixing blade and lining board of the MP series MP1500/1000 planetary concrete mixer are made of ware resistant materials, which are durable and easy to remove and replace.
